Some Important Information
We are so excited for you to join us on our destination wedding!
1. Your passport needs to be valid for the entirety of your stay.
2. Please come for whatever timeframe works for you. We would love to have you for as long or as short as fits your schedule. (We are going Sat 2/15-Fri 2/21)
3. You are able to choose any room that fits your needs; there is an adults only section as well in the hotel. These are brand new beach bungalows (we are calling them "pods").
4. There are no ubers or Lyfts on the island, but there are cabs. There is an option to purchase transportation when booking if you would like. We have also been told that there are cabs always available at the airport and would be about $30 each way. The hotel is also running a special with free airport transfers, so the team will reach out to connect with you if that applies to your reservation also!
5. We will be getting married on the beach, so please wear what makes you feel comfortable in the warm, sunny weather- we just want everyone to feel comfortable, happy, and their best. Shoes are optional, and we will not be wearing them if that helps make your decision easier. Cocktail hour will immediately follow on the beach, and our "reception" will be on a catamaran private cruise. The bus will pick us up at 2:15 from the hotel; drive us about 15 minutes to the location, and we will board the boat there. We will drink, dance, eat, and swim from 3-7 pm. The bus will pick us up and return us to the hotel. We will have a place to store bags at the hotel once you've changed after the cocktail hour if you choose to not return to your room, or you can change on the catamaran and have your bag with you there if you prefer.
6.The night before the wedding; Monday 2/17, we are hoping to all have dinner together at one of the restaurants on the property so will share that location and time with you all.
